John Alexopoulos directs and supports client specific projects and activities while providing strategic leadership to DIBA's "Customer for Life" strategies, including the establishment and continuous improvement of our North American and International "Development and Operation" support centres.
Experience includes strategic senior operational positions in KPO/BPO, Customer Care, Training, Sales, Project Management and Marketing, including start-up wireless/wireline telecom companies in Asia, India and the Middle East and similar positions at Bell Mobility, Bell Canada, KeOSK Canada, Spartan Rolling Hills and Visual Quest India.
